This hotel was like a breath of fresh air. The breakfast was perfect, hot and tasty. The coffee was delicious. The hotel was spotless. The room was comfy and very clean with plenty of towels and quality toiletries. The staff were warm, welcoming and informative. I loved the free ice -cream in the evening. Spent a relaxing afternoon around the well maintained pool. For me, this hotel represents great value for money at an exceptional standard.

Check in was fast and easy. The ladies in the front desk were very welcoming. The most important part for me was the cleanliness of our room. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The coffee was good and when it comes to coffee I'm very picky. So all in all we were satisfied with our stay. I definately would stay there again. Thank you for making it a pleasant stay. :)

Very clean property and amenities! All of the staff was wonderful and welcoming, my family quoted it as “one of the best hotel stays” we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional! They do everything they can to make you feel like welcomed and a valued guest. We loved staying here, we will be back! The pool was also great and beautiful, we enjoyed it very much and the breakfast, we loved the variety and how it changed every morning. We didn’t have to go out for breakfast, it was all wonderful and the other guests visiting were all so nice. Safe location too with lots of food options and things to do around!

Everything was clean, bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! Staff were extremely nice! The property has ice cream from 8p-10p, the continental breakfast was the best I'd ever had! And they offered 20% off the TGIFridays across the street!

I usually do not leave reviews. But this one I definitely was going to. The first thing I noticed was how pleasant the front desk attendant was. VERY kind. He gave my children stuffed animals from Busch Gardens. Informed us of the nightly free ice cream. The room was very clean (And I am super weird about cleanliness). Also the breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel. Plenty to pick from and stuff you’d actually want to eat! And each day it was something different and not the same food each morning. Also the housekeepers nocked on my door to offer to clean or restock anything I may need or replenished. Most you have to go out of your way to ask for towels. Also it is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and things to do. In other words I would stay again.

I liked that the sheets on the bed and the pillow cases were nice and clean. The whole room in general felt good to sleep in. The fitness room was also clean and had a good amount of weights and resistance bands, and more. The breakfast area was big, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice clean bed to sleep in😉

It was very clean, staff was very nice, comfortable beds, available parking and internet was fast. We got a 20% discount for ordering food at Fridays and letting them know about where we were staying.

Doupe was awesome. We checked in kind of late, but she was right there. No matter what time of night I went to the front counter she was right there, I didn't have to ring a bell to locate her or anything. In my eyes that is a great work ethic to have, I have stayed at hotel's and checked in late but had to wait for them to come from the back somewhere probably asleep. But I appreciate Doupe for her work ethic +10 star rating for her. I really didn't have much interaction with the morning crew but when I walked by for breakfast they made eye contact saying good morning and the checkout process was easy and smooth. The breakfast was ok it wasn't amazing but I didn't go until about 8:30 or 9 so it's fir come first served. The location is great I loved that it was not out in the open and wasn't hard to find. Great spot.

The breakfast was very good and the service was great. However, I would have preferred to stay much closer to the USF campus. I chose this location because it was not close to Busch Gardens and I recognized the name of the street, Bruce B. Downs. However, I later realized that the hotel I was looking for was located on Morris Bridge Rd. instead of Fletcher Avenue.

The staff was great, professional and positive. Georgina is the best, it would be very hard for the hotel to find someone who would keep the breakfast under control like she does - nothing is finished, trays are full, drinks are full.
